The Fontys International Campus Venlo is setting up two new projects in Thailand:

The ThaiPOD (Professional Organisation and Development) signed a Letter of Intent with the Fontys International University of Applied Sciences, aiming at a cooperation regarding professional development of Thai university teachers. We will start the first training sessions in the beginning of 2010. The training sessions are for University executives and teachers in many different fields of expertise.

Based on the experience of the currently ongoing project “Professionals for the future” (period of 2009-2010), Fontys University at Campus Venlo develops a follow-up project in cooperation with the EVD, especially targeting Thailand. The faculties International Economics and Logistics & Technology want to offer businesses the opportunity to expand their markets by subsidizing work placement for students and offering Market entry workshops. Participating companies make use of the know-how and expertise of the students and lecturers from Fontys.
