Dear members,

We would like to invite you for our Annual General Meeting of 31 March 2010 at the Netherlands Embassy. The AGM will be followed by the official opening of the new NTCC office at the Embassy and by an informal networking cocktail (zakenborrel) offered by Ambassador Van Den Hout.

In line with the Dutch government’s policy to create a one-stop Holland Business Service Desk, the NTCC has been invited to move its office to the Embassy. We are very excited by this development which is a recognition of the good work of the chamber over the years. The move will be effective 1 April 2010 (no joke).

The AGM will be the occasion for members to provide input on the chamber’s direction as well as to elect a new board for a period of 2 years. Permanent representatives of Ordinary (Corporate) members who have paid their membership fees are eligible. If you are interested to join and contribute to the board, please let us know.

In accordance with article 14 of the bylaws of the Netherlands-Thai Chamber of Commerce, NTCC President Dr. Pisit Leeahtam calls the Annual General Meeting 2010.
