Netherlands Ambassador Joan Boer hosted a special reception recently to celebrate the honorary doctorate which Prof. Philip Franses, dean at Erasmus School of Economics, received from HRH Princess Sirindhorn. In addition, we honoured a Dutch water delegation led by Director for Water at the Ministry of Infrastructure (Verkeer en Waterstaat), Mr. Willem Mak, and our well-known Deltares experts Dr. Adri Verwey and Tjitte Nauta, who helped us so much during the floods.
