Thailand’s first Logistics Property Fund is Launched

Those who visited TICON Logistics Park Co Ltd (TPARK)'s logistic park on Bangna Trad on 8th October may be interested in a new property fund about to be offered to the public next month.  TPARK Logistics Property Fund (TLOGIS) will be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, with TPARK as Property Managers and BBL Asset Management as Fund Managers. 

One of the logistics properties in the fund is Makro’s fresh distribution centre on TPARK Wangnoi.  TICON is guaranteeing a minimum revenue of Baht 118.5 million which will facilitate a minimum distributable yield of around 7% for the first 7 years.  The fund goes on subscription from 12th until 20th November with Bualuang Securities (Khun Thitiwat, 02 618 1459, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
