TNT clinches Customer Focus Award at Thailand National Call Center Awards 2009

Bangkok, 29th October 2009 – TNT Express Worldwide (Thailand) Co., Ltd. recently won the ‘Most Customer Focused Award’ at 2009 Thailand National Call Centre Awards Ceremony, held by the Call Centre Industry Association (CCIA) of Thailand at the Amari Boulevard Hotel

TNT is the only express integrator to have won any of the awards at the event this year.

As one of the highest accolade for the Contact Centre industry, the CCIA awards recognise the importance of outstanding customer service and also encourages the development of self-regulating standards throughout the call centre industry. TNT recognises that the contact centre is often the customer’s first experience of TNT. As such, TNT is committed to offering the best in customer service by continuously investing in its contact centre, upgrading facilities and systems and improving its agents’ skills, knowledge and professionalism.

The CCIA awards have been held since 2007.
