Cryotech enters into a strategic alliance with the Dutch Rootselaar Group

The Bangkok-based company Cryotech Co., Ltd, specialized in manufacturing and servicing of cryogenic storage tanks, has entered into a strategic alliance with the Netherlands-based Rootselaar Group.

The main reasons for Cryotech to enter into a strategic relation with the Rootselaar Group are to attract new innovative technologies, strengthen the R&D capabilities, and improve the international marketing network. On the other hands, the reasons for the Rootselaar Group to invest in Cryotech are to better tap the potential of the growing South East Asian markets and to establish a permanent service point in Asia for their European clients.

The new joint venture has an ambitious plan to invest in new equipment and technology transfers. This investment project is supported by a subsidy of the Dutch government.
