For Ramadan this year, Flourish at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok is offering special menus to break the fast every evening from NOW to 12 May 2021. Traditional Middle East and Mediterranean flavours highlight our best in local and imported ingredients, perfect to share with family and friends during this commemoration of contemplation and community.
The culinary team at Flourish, led by Chef Omar, prepared two menus for extensive options to break the day’s fast and be nourished for the next day. A semi-buffet begins with classic Medjool dates, followed by a selection of such favourite dips as hummus, moutabal, and labneh, while a salad bar features freshly made tabbouleh and fattoush with all the condiments from Kalamata olives to pomegranate dressing. Dried and fresh fruits as well as duts and artisan breads finish off the semi-buffet feast. For heartier appetites, Chef Omar’s a la carte specials features richer fare, from shish barak, baked dumplings stuffed with lamb, or braised lamb shank to dill and lemon peppered Atlantic salmon or Black Angus beef tenderloin from the grill.
