We have our own production facilities in Ladkrabang (high volume, low mix) and Penang Malaysia (low volume, high mix, high accuracy up to +/- 2 micron) using CNC Milling (3-5 axis), Turning, Grinding and Wire-EDM machines. Quality is controlled using CNC CMM machines and parts are delivered including any surface treatment that is needed. Virtue Technology works amongst others for Semiconductor, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, System builders / integators and Medical customers. We are familiar with so called “high vacuum” and “cleanroom” products used in Semiconductor or analytical industry and offer Grade 2 production and Grade 4 cleaning and packing.
