As a member of the NTCC you are invited to a wide range of events throughout the year (approximately 80). A lot of these invitations are through our network with other chambers of commerce.
These events can help you to expand your professional circle, showcase your business, or gain industry insights, our events connect you with key players in the Dutch, Thai, and international business communities. At the same time we also value the community aspect, always bringing together our members in a welcoming environment that strengthens relationships and encourages collaboration.

Monthly: NTCC-Café
NTCC-Café takes place on the first Monday of each month (except during public holidays). Each edition is hosted at one of our member venues; be it a hotel, restaurant, or bar...
All members are warmly invited to join us for an evening of networking, reconnecting, and good vibes. Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary drink and food.
Whether you're looking to make new connections, catch up with familiar faces, or simply enjoy a relaxed evening, NTCC Café is the perfect place to be.
Quarterly: VrijMiBo
VrijMiBo (short for Vrijdag Middag Borrel, or Friday Afternoon Drinks) is our newest addition to the NTCC event calendar, designed especially with our younger entrepreneur members in mind.
Held quarterly, this relaxed get-together is all about casual connections, easy conversations, and a great way to kick off the weekend. Think of it as the perfect blend of business and social—no pressure, just good company.
January: New Year Reception
The New Year Reception is a memorable evening filled with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, live music, traditional Dutch food, and drinks.
Hosted at the Dutch Embassy and co-organized with the Nederlandse Vereniging Thailand (or Dutch Society Thailand), this annual event brings together our community to celebrate the start of a new year in true Dutch style.
February: SME Fair
The SME Fair is a well-loved concept designed to spotlight the products, services, and ideas of our small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to the NTCC and wider international business community.
This event offers a unique opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovations from both long-standing and recently joined members. It’s an ideal platform to stay updated, build new connections, and strengthen your network. Celebrating entrepreneurship in the community all while enjoying wine, beer, and cocktail-style bites in a relaxed atmosphere!
April: Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an exclusive event for NTCC members, providing a comprehensive recap of the Chamber’s activities and achievements. Attendees will receive updates on past initiatives, financial reports, and key developments.
Most importantly, as a member of the NTCC, the AGM is your opportunity to actively participate in shaping the Chamber’s future by casting your vote in the election of the new Board of Directors.

May: Sustainability for Business Forum
The Sustainability for Business Forum is a collaborative initiative presented by multiple chambers of commerce, united by a shared commitment to promote sustainable business practices.
The forum aims to equip companies with innovative and effective strategies to enhance their economic, environmental, and social performance, to help businesses grow responsibly while making a positive impact.
June: ESB Networking
The ESB Networking (Eastern SeaBoard Networking) is organized in collaboration with various chambers of commerce, it is a dynamic platform that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and sustainability experts to explore how organizations can create long-term value while making a positive difference on people and the planet.
The forum typically features a series of insightful sessions on topics such as sustainable tourism, emerging energy solutions, ESG practices, green supply chains, and leadership in sustainability. Executives from diverse industries share how they integrate sustainability into their infrastructure, operations, and strategy, while forward-thinking entrepreneurs present innovative solutions that inspire meaningful change and action toward a more sustainable future.
September: NTCC Gala
The NTCC Gala is the premier annual event for the Dutch-Thai business community, bringing together members for an evening of celebration, connection, and collaboration.
This prestigious gathering offers valuable networking opportunities, allowing us to honour our strong relationships and shared achievements in a festive and inspiring atmosphere.
November: EEC Business Forum
The EEC Business Forum (Eastern Economic Corridor Business Forum) is a leading platform for exploring how the EEC is utilizing the BCG model (Bio-Circular-Green economy model) to drive innovation and sustainability.
